Tsinghua University Scholarships 2027 for International Students

Tsinghua University is a national research university in Beijing and, with Peking University, one of the two most internationally recognised universities in China. International undergraduates apply through Tsinghua's own review, integrative test and, for some divisions, a portfolio, rather than a single written exam, and choose a specific school only after a first year of general study.

Tsinghua participates in the Chinese Government Scholarship administered by the China Scholarship Council, applied for either through a Chinese embassy or through the university depending on the channel. The university and individual schools also award their own tuition waivers and stipends to admitted students, separately from the Chinese Government Scholarship.
