Dublin City University is a public university on Dublin's northside known for business, engineering and communications. Non-EU undergraduate tuition for 2026-27 runs from about EUR 15,900 to EUR 23,000 a year, and the closing date for non-EU applicants is 1 July.
Every non-EU undergraduate applicant is automatically considered for a merit scholarship worth up to EUR 5,000 off first-year fees; some faculties, including Engineering and Computing, extend this to all applicants. DCU also participates in the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship for postgraduate applicants.
