TU Delft and TU Eindhoven are the Netherlands' two dedicated technical universities, both charging a single flat non-EEA bachelor's tuition rate rather than a range by faculty. Delft, the country's largest and oldest technical university, charges about EUR 19,906 a year across engineering, science and design; six of its bachelor's programmes use a numerus clausus selection procedure closing 15 January, while other bachelor's programmes close 1 April for applicants with non-Dutch prior education. Eindhoven charges a lower flat rate of about EUR 18,600 a year for 2026-2027, and names four bachelor's programmes needing a Selection procedure with a 15 January deadline for the 2027-2028 intake. Both ask for IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90, an identical English floor, so the fee gap of roughly EUR 1,300 a year and the different set of selective programmes are the clearest points of difference. Neither publishes an acceptance rate or student count here.
